Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to implement the order dated 28.05.2015 passed by the First Respondent in P.G. No. 66 of 2015 and to pay the gratuity amount of Rs.7,40,215/- along with the interest at the rate of 10% from 30.06.2014 till date of payment to the Petitioner within stipulated time. The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to implement the order dated 28.05.2015 in P.G. No. 66 of 2015 passed by the First Respondent and to pay the gratuity amount of Rs. 7,40,215/- along with the interest at the rate of 10% from 30.06.2014 till the date of payment to the Petitioner within stipulated time.
