(through video conference) Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order of punishment inflicted on the members of the Trade Union of the Petitioner before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. A memo to that effect has been sent through e-mail dated 28.07.2020, which is placed on record. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
