This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders pending on the file of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26917 of 2022 order dated 04.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months.
