C.M.P.No.20849 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.83364 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in re-presenting the papers in S.A.SR.No.83364 of 2022.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that the papers which were returned by the Registry could not be located, since the same had been mixed up with other case papers and there was delay in re-presenting the returned case papers.

3.In view of the reasons stated, this petition stands allowed and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.83364 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
