The petitioner seeks police protection to participate in the enquiry on the complaint given by her against one Vijaya Kumar. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the opposite party was called and participated in the enquiry. The petitioner did not turn up and therefore, the enquiry could not be completed. If the petitioner participate in the enquiry, she will be given adequate protection and enquiry will also be completed.
