6 THE DEPUTY COMISSIONER OF THE POLICE, PULIANTHOPE DISTRICT OTTARY, CHENNAI 600 012 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay against the action of 4th Respondent for recovery of the alleged outstanding dues against the petitioner amounting to Rs. 94,215/- (in WMP.No.31400/2019) pending disposal of the WP.No.31259/2019 and ;
(ii) To pass an order of Ad Interim Direction directing the Respondent refrain to harass the petitioner by the way of sending police personnel frequently to her home and calling her to appear in the police station beyond the normal hours (in WMP.No.31401/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.No.31259/2019. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of R. MEENAKSHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.
