It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that petition enquiry against the petitioner is pending in C.S.R.No.36 of 2023. Hence, the respondent may continue with the enquiry and the petition seeking anticipatory bail will not arise.

2.Therefore, this petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition, if need arises.
