Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly submits that he would seek appropriate remedies before the learned Arbitrator. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.
