The learned counsel for the 4th respondent ( now arrayed as 2nd respondent) submitted that, an application has been filed under VI Rule 16 of CPC. For stricking of the pleadings and the same is yet to be numbered.

2. In the light of this submission, Registry is directed to number the same and post it for hearing. In the mean time, petitioner in the Election Petition shall file counter.
