This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in the event of arrest in S.C.No.58 of 2022 in Crime No.61 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Jayankondam.

2. It is stated that petitioner is an accused in S.C.No.58 of 2022, now pending before the Subordinate Court, Jayankondam. Non-Bailable Warrant had been issued against the petitioner herein on 09.10.2023 for non appearance of the petitioner before the Court below. Therefore, anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner would not arise.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
