This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26727 of 2022, dated 09.11.2022 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Vedasandur and report before the Inspector of Police, Vedasandur Police Station, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. However, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, with regard to the maintenance of the child and the Mediation Centre shall file a mediation report on or before 22.12.2022. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on 12.12.2022, without fail.
