O R D E R
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2017 with regard to the issuance of passport to him within a stipulated time to be framed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and passport was reissued to him and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
