O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petitioner is to quash the provisional selection list and direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the forth coming certificate verification held on 08.11.2019 to 11.11.2019.

2. The relief of direction as such sought for lost its relevance in view of the fact that the certificate verification was concluded in the year 2019 and the selected candidates got appointed.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the candidates, who scored lesser marks than that of the petitioner were appointed and therefore, selection becomes illegal. If the petitioner can able to establish the same by filing appropriate documents or by challenging the orders of appointment, then alone this Court would be in a position to consider those grounds raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

4. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the illegality, if any crept in the process of selection.
