Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the alleged endorsement dated 21.07.1994 made in the Village Settlement Jamabandi Chitta E.No.10 (Part) in pursuant to the proceedings made in Va.Ra.Ka.I.7628/94 dated 14.07.1994 by the fifth respondent in Patta No.269 relating to the land comprised in S.No.195, Berelahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to restore S.No.195, Berelahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District in Patta No.269 in the name of the petitioner in Village Settlement Jamabandi Chitta E.No.10 (Part), Berelahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
