When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in respect of the complaint given by one Kavitha, petition enquiry was conducted and closed and as on today, there is no complaint is pending against the Petitioner.

Side), no complaint is pending against the Petitioner as on today and therefore there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner.
