C.M.P.No.7505 of 2024 in A.S.No.209 of 2024 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J.

By an order dated 18.04.2024, there shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.121 of 2021, on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry within a period of 6 weeks, failing which, the stay granted shall automatically be vacated without further reference to this Court.

2. Since the learned counsel has not made any representation on the last occasion, this Court has called for a report through the Registry from the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry.

3. On 18.07.2024, letter was posted.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the amount was not deposited, hence, they filed a petition for extension on time limit to make payment.

5. In view of the self-contained order with default case, as extracted supra, this C.M.P.No.7505 of 2024 shall stand automatically vacated.

6. Liberty given to the petitioner to file appropriate application for appropriate relief.
