W.P.No.34220 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN, J., Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that challenging the order of this Court dated 12.12.2023, the authority concerned has preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.74 of 2024 and the same was stayed by a Division Bench of this Court.

2.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
