The petitioner is the father of the accused who had been uploading violent photographs in the social media. The police has called the petitioner and requested him to advise his son not to indulge in such activities, this cannot be taken up as harassment.

This Court on perusing the petition finds no reason to give any direction to the respondent police as prayed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
