A.No.8487 of 2019 in C.S.No.646 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR.,J This application is filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to visit the premises of the respondent, to take into actual physical custody of the goods bearing the Sree Meenakshi Salt Works Private Ltd., and take stock of the materials. 2.Considering the entire allegations, particularly, the plaintiff's name has been used in the respondent's product despite the notice issued, to cease and desist the respondent from dealing with the products in the name of the plaintiff, an Advocate Commissioner is appointed.

3.Mrs.Reshmi Christy, Enrollment No.1318/92, B-3, Shaw Wallace building, first floor, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai, Mobile No.99402 85705, is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to take inventories of the stock and physical custody of the goods in the respondent premises in No.9, N.N.Garden, 10th Street, Old Washermenpet, Chennai-21 after giving notice to both the parties. 4.A sum of Rs.30,000/- is fixed as fees for the Advocate Commissioner and the same shall be paid directly by the applicant. 5.The Advocate Commissioner shall file a detailed report before this Court on or before 28.11.2019.
