Respondents in all the petitions Common Prayer: These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 BNSS, 2023, praying to relax the condition that "these petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders", imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP Nos.7234, 7231 & 7232 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge Chennai.

ORDER
These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon these petitioners in Crl.MP Nos.7234, 7231 & 7232 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge Chennai to report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that these petitioners did not comply with the conditions imposed on them by order dated 05.08.2025.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), therefore these petitioners have not complied the condition, this Court finds no merits in these petitions.
