ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the first respondent, refusing the petitioner's application seeking for grant of DBBL Licence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. After advancing argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Licencing authority afresh regarding the exigency that arises for obtaining a gun licence.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned licencing authority, if it so required in future, and if any such application is filed, the licencing authority decide it on merits and in accordance with law.
