When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) represented that this petition has been filed as crime number not known, whereas, FIR has already been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.698 of 2024 for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application by quoting the crime number.
