Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.103952/W2/W29/03, dated 22.04.2004, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to continously pay salary and other benefits as P.G Assistant Economics from September 2003.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.103952/W2/W29/03, dated 22.04.2004, quash the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to contiously pay salary and other benefits as P.G Assistant Economics from September 2003.

2. I heard Mrs.P.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3, appearing for the respondents.

3. During the pendency of this writ petition, interim order was passed by this Court on 02.06.2004. Pursuant to the interim order, proceedings was passed by the District Educational Officer(Incharge), Kuzhithurai @ Marthandam in Rc.No.3498/B2/2004 dated 28.02.2006 and the petitioner's service was regularised from the date of his appointment and the salary was also paid to that effect.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.3498/B2/2004 dated 28.02.2006 to that effect. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and the proceedings in Rc.No.3498/B2/2004 dated 28.02.2006, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
