ssi 2.On perusal of adjudication, it is seen that the learned counsel for the respondent on the last hearing i.e., 24.11.2021 submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties and the Execution Petition in E.P.No.24 of 2007 pending before the Subordinate Court, Neyveli also disposed of and hence nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
