COMMON ORDER The limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioners representations, wherein they have sought for regularization of their services.
2. The International Airport Authority of India have filed a common counter affidavit in all these writ petitions, in which it is stated that the representations of the petitioners were duly considered and disposed of. As a matter of fact, these petitioners herein claimed to have challenged the orders passed by the respondent pursuant to their representations and as such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petitions have become infructuous.
3. Since the grievance of the petitioners are still pending consideration in their subsequent writ petitions, this Court is of the view that the present writ petitions can be closed. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
