The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 427, 506 (i) IPC, in Crime No.345 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2.The complaint was lodged only on 17.09.2023. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and enquired about her husband, who is an informer. They had damaged window design glass and a pick up van bearing registration No.TN 23 BW 0613 by throwing stones.

3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners herein. Previous anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners had been dismissed on 04.10.2023. There is no change in circumstances. 4.In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed.
