PETITIONS under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writs of (i) Mandamus directing the respondent to implement its guideline circular dated 9.9.1991 and consequently grant the petitioner a one time settlement with a reduced interest as per its representation dated 15.8.2002 (WP.No.34044 of 2002) and (ii) Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in its impugned order dated 18.11.2010 bearing No.F & R-I/654/2010, quash the same and direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's request to reduce the interest at 12% p.a. towards the settlement of one time settlement by applying the respondent's guideline dated 24.8.2005 bearing Ref.No.OO.No.7/2005 (WP.No.231 of 2011).
