This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11091 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8287 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working of every month till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
