This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation dated 19.08.2019 and to provide the basic amenities like water, drainage etc.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The third respondent already rejected the request made by the petitioner by an order dated 14.02.2020. Further, the petitioner was directed to approach the local body for basic amenities. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition become infructuous.
