Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue individual Patta in Survey numbers 90/4-7.5 cents S. ORDER

Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. With consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to issue individual Patta in Survey numbers 90/4-7.5 cents S. No.87/2A-3, cents S.No.90/5-16 S.No.90/6-21 cents total extent 47.5 cents pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2/6

petitioner is the absolute owner of the property in Survey numbers 90/47.5 cents S. No.87/2A-3, cents S.No.90/5-16 S.No.90/6-21 cents total extent 47.5 cents. He submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 to to issue individual Patta with respect to the aforesaid properties. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the respondents concerned would consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also upon the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 30.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 3/6

respondents 4 to 6 and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 4 to 6 as well as to any of the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
