ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for declaration in respect of the lands in survey No.435/1 in Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk to an extent of 6600 sq.ft. which was purchased by the petitioner vide document No.2330/1999, dated 16.08.1999 belongs to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
