2. Despite the matter was included in the cause list earlier on two occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court by order dated 07.01.2021, after recording the absence of the petitioner, directed the Office to post the matter today under the caption "For dismissal". When the matter came up for hearing today, again no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. This Court is inclined to dismiss this petition for non prosecution since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding the case further. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
