The plaintiff has filed this application to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first defendant.

2. The proposed parties have filed a counter admitting that they are the sole legal heirs of the deceased first defendant. Consequently, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for.

3. The plaintiff is directed to carry out the consequential amendments in the plaint on or before 14.03.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the other parties within a week thereafter.

4. List the matter on 21.03.2023.
