C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaints of the petitioners dated 28.11.2022 and investigate the same.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the accused mentioned in the complaints namely Dheenadayalan and his wife Usha have taken money from the petitioners, promising them to get employment in Government jobs.
3. He further submitted that each individual petitioners had paid him an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.17,00,000/- for getting Government jobs. Infact, they were also given fake appointment orders. In this regard, complainants were given to the 2nd respondent Police. However, 2nd respondent Police had returned the complaints, directing the petitioners to give the complaints to the Superintendent of Police directly.

4. Thus, it appears that the complaints given by the petitioners were not registered and they were directed to approach the Superintendent of Police.
5. The petitioners are directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, informing about the complaints given before the 2nd respondent police and non registration of the First Information Report and request him for registering the complaint.
6. On such complaint, the Superintendent of Police is directed to give direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the First Information Report, if cognizable offence is made out, else close the complaint.
7. With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
