(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Challenge to the notice dated 25.7.2025, claimed to have been received after filing of the appeal preferred against the rejection order dated 21.5.2025, is left to be challenged before the authority before whom appeal has already been filed and pending. The petitioner is at liberty to file and pray for urgent hearing of stay application.

3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.39223 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is ordered, subject to payment of separate court fee within a period of two weeks. W.M.P.No.39225 of 2025 stands closed.
