This application was filed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to seize the vehicle.

2. The Advocate Commissioner would submit that he seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the custody of the applicant and also filed a report dated 16.02.2023. Further, he would submit that he has received the initial remuneration and now he has filed a memo for the additional remuneration.

3. In view of the above, this Court awards a sum of Rs.25,000/- as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly submitted that the said additional remuneration will be paid on or before 07.03.2023.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that since the vehicle was handed over to the applicant, the arbitration proceedings was initiated and he requests that the liberty may be granted to approach the arbitrator for the sale of the property, if required. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2
