This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 12.08.2022 made in W.P.No.11471 of 2022.

Though counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents, satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition , the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.21271 of 2022 is ordered.
