The petitioner/A3 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.164 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner had been earlier granted anticipatory bail on 06.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24418 of 2022. The petitioner had not executed the sureties as prescribed. Therefore, the respondent will have to now register a First Information Report under Section 229(A) of IPC against the petitioner herein. This second anticipatory bail petition does not lie and the same is dismissed.
