This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order dated 28.03.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.62 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal / Sub Court, Sankari.

2.Ms.I.Malar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. The papers have also been served on the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 74 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.I.Malar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent at the time of posting this case for admission.
