ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for noncompliance of the directions issued by this Court on 07.04.2021 in W.P.No.8710 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8710 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the compliance report sent by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (CBE) Ltd., Coimbatore: Erode Region, Chennimalai Road, Erode -1 in Lr.No.702/L13/MCOP/TSTC/ERD/24, dated 08.02.2024 to that effect.

3. Recording the above said submission, the contempt petition is closed. No Costs.
