ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 34(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to set aside the Arbitral Award dated 15.12.2018 bearing Arbitration Case No.387 of 2018 passed by the Sole Arbitrator Mr.V.Pauldas in its entirety or to the extent to which it is challenged and to direct the first respondent to pay the cost.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to Mediation and the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Mediation Centre.

3. The Mediation Report and the Settlement Agreement have been forwarded by the Mediation Centre attached to this Court.

4. In view of the above, this Original Petition is closed. No costs. Connected Application is also closed.
