Prayer : Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 4th respondent to remove the petitioners' name from the record of History Sheet in H.S.Nos.15 of 2020, H.S.No.18 of 2020, H.S.No.17 of 2020 and H.S.No.16 of 2020. For Petitioner in all Crl.O.Ps. : Mr. P. Krishnan For Respondent in all Crl.O.Ps. : Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Crl. Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to remove the name of the petitioners herein from the record of History Sheet in H.S.Nos.15, 18, 17 and 16 of 2020 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were shown as a history sheet rowdies in H.S.Nos.15, 18, 17 and 16 of 2020 respectively on the file of the 4th respondent Police Station. Despite the fact that there are no fresh cases registered against the petitioners and they are leading a decent law abiding life, the respondent police continues to maintain history sheet against the petitioners; in this regard, the petitioners have given their representations on 20.02.2020 and 23.09.2020 to the 1st respondent, but so far, the same has not been considered favourably.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations given by the petitioners are not available on record and if fresh representations are given, the same will be taken up for consideration.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), the petitioners are directed to send their fresh representations to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall

consider and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
