Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce in CC No.9 of 2009 on the file of Hon'ble Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, the records sought for in the S.91

petition namely the loan application, KYC details, loan scrutiny report, valuation report, legal report, sanction ticket, terms and conditions of loan sanction, statement of account from sanction till closure of loan account, mortgage by way of deposit of title deeds of one Gurumurthy, pertaining to the loan account of petitioner Company with 2nd respondent Bank, within a period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and subject themselves for further examination based on the aforesaid documents.
