NAKKIRAN , J, This application has been filed by the applicant to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to take Ex.P.1 - Page Nos.2 and 3, Ex.P.3, Ex.P.7, Ex.P.14, Ex.P.15, Ex.P.16, Ex.P.17, Ex.P.18 from the file of this Court to the Forensic Laboratory at Chennai for comparing the purported signature of the applicants/defendants with the signatures in the Exhibits. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed. 5.Ms.A.Shanmukasundari, Advocate, Enrolment No.1834/2001, No.367, Additional Law Chamber, Madras High Court Building, Chennai - 600 104 (Cell No.8925624710) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to take Ex.P.1 - Page Nos.2 and 3, Ex.P.3, Ex.P.7, Ex.P.14, Ex.P.15,

Ex.P.16, Ex.P.17, Ex.P.18 from the file of this Court to the Forensic Laboratory at Chennai for comparing the purported signature of the applicants/defendants with the signatures in the Exhibits. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by both the parties according to their respective shares directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 22.03.2023. 6.Post the matter before the Additional Master for recording evidence on 22.03.2023.
