This petition has been filed to implead the TN Area Defence Officer Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., represented by its authorized representative (Society Registration No.JJ337) having its office at Defence Officers Colony, Ekkathuthangal, Chennai - 600 032, as 11th respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 11th respondent submitted that the 11th respondent has no objection to implead the Society as party in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 11th respondent, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the main petition.
