Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband Manimaran, son of Prabhu, male,aged about 28 years, the detenu herein presently lodged in Central Prizon-I, Puzhal at Chennai who has been detained under Act 14/82 as a 'Goonda' vide detention order dated 31.10.2022 made in Memo No.392/BCDFGISSSV/2022 by the second respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to produce the body and person of the said detenu before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings Page Nos.2/5
dated 12.12.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.8341 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department.
3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
