(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above tax case appeals.

2. Heard Mr. N.V. Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. We perused the affidavits of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that originally, the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-1, Ooty was the assessing officer of the petitioner, and due to internal re-organisations, the file of the petitioner is now with the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Non-Corporate Circle 2, Annexe Building, Coimbatore - 641018 and therefore, the same has to be incorporated in the cause title of these appeals.

4. On the basis of the aforesaid reason and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
