Prayer in W.P. 29541 of 2019 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Calling for pertaining to the impugned orders Na.Ka.No.a1/1063/2019 dated 16.08.2019 and Na.Ka.No.a1/1063/2019 dated 16.09.2019 passed by the respondent to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit me to run the shop, Shop.No.1 (Asst.No.45892152) at Eswaran Temple Road, Flower market Tirupur as per the notification Na.Ka.No.2068/2015/a2 dated 10/03/2016 on the file of the respondent.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order dated 17.10.2019 made in W.P.No.29541 of 2019, the present writ appeal has been filed.

2. From the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, nothing survives for consideration in the appeal in view of the subsequent development as the building in question has already been demolished and the new construction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has started already under the Smart City Scheme.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that after the completion of the proposed construction, shops may be allotted in favour of the appellant as the demolition took place during the currency of the licence.

4. Without expressing anything on the merit, we call upon the respondent to consider the aforesaid request, if law so permits.

5. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
