Karunanidhi v. N. Sakthivel

The petitioner came forward with the writ petition alleging that the petitioner herein had been allotted a work for construction of a water tank at Anthanapettai.

The fourth respondent, on service, has filed this petition to delete his name. The ground urged being that the work order was not issued to the petitioner but to one Lavanya.

2.A perusal of the order of this Court dated 27.06.2025 shows that it was stated before this court that the construction is going to be made by Mr.Karunanidhi.

As Mr.Karunanidhi is not a successful tenderer, his name stands deleted. Accordingly, this petition stands ordered.
