This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before this Court against the order dated 24.03.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.1438 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District Court, Namakkal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and perused the records.

3.This Court has carefully gone through the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 92 days is condoned.

4.The name of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
